WeddingFlow PH is a digital invitation and event-management platform covering weddings, debuts, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and other celebrations. Here's the shape of the whole system before you dive in:
login.php) — the account-level control center: billing, plan status, adding events, downloading data, and account deletion. See Section 03.You can register with an email + password, or with Sign in with Google — Google verifies your identity and we never see or store a Google password. Registration asks for your event type, then routes you to your chosen plan's payment step.
Pick from Wedding, Debut, Birthday, Anniversary, Corporate, or Other — this determines which field labels you see (e.g. "Groom's/Bride's Name" vs. "Debutante's Name") and which themes are eligible for your invitation. See the theme-filtering note in Section 05.
Every plan is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. Pay once, and your invitation stays live for your plan's validity period.
| Plan | Price | Validity | Max Guests | Photos / Guest |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ₱500 | 1 Year | 100 | Up to 5 |
| Standard | ₱799 | 1 Year | 200 | Up to 10 |
| Premium | ₱999 | 2 Years | Unlimited | Up to 20 |
Every plan includes digital RSVP, plus-ones, dietary/meal preferences, the shared photo wall, schedule/itinerary and venue pages, gift registry, and a personalized invitation URL (weddingflowph.com/your-event-name/). The differences between plans are mostly about how much you can customize the look — see the full comparison in Section 11, and the plan-gating notes throughout Section 05.
This is the first thing you see after logging in — your account's home base. If you have more than one event under your account, a pill-style switcher lets you flip between them; each event is a fully separate invitation with its own data.
Exports your guest list, event details, schedule, and every uploaded photo as a single ZIP file. Available any time before your plan expires — see Section 10 for what happens at and after expiry.
A three-step tracker: Account Created → Payment Confirmed → Invitation Deployed, so you always know exactly where your account stands.
Where you permanently delete an individual event (if you have more than one) or your entire account. Covered in full in Section 10 — this is genuinely permanent, so please read that section before using it.
Before your invitation goes live, you'll walk through a one-time, 5-step setup wizard. Once you complete it, it's permanently locked — you can still change everything afterward, just from the admin panel instead (see Section 05).
Names (labels adapt to your event type), event date, a multi-venue & schedule manager (add as many stops as you need — e.g. Church 3pm, Reception 6pm), your contact number, RSVP deadline text, and a list of emails that get notified on every new RSVP.
Starter is locked to Classic. Standard and Premium see a picker grid of every theme eligible for your plan and event type, each with a description, its color palette, whether it supports Builder Pro, and a live preview.
Upload a cover photo (or pick a solid color) with drag-to-reposition, overlay darkness/style, and blur controls; upload your own background music or choose from a 20-track free stock library; and (Classic only) pick your color palette and font — StandardPremium for the font picker, Starter stays on the default font.
Upload your own photos (up to your plan's limit), and choose how they're displayed: Grid, Swipeable, Book Flip, or Carousel, with an optional tap-to-enlarge lightbox.
A summary of everything you entered, an optional custom web address (your own slug, e.g. weddingflowph.com/your-own-name/), and the "Complete Setup & Launch App" button. Once you launch, your final invitation link is shown — copy it and start sharing.
This is where you'll spend most of your time. It's a sidebar + tabbed control panel layered on top of your guest-facing invitation, reached by logging in via your dashboard's "Admin Panel" button. Every tab below is available on every plan unless a badge says otherwise.
Your at-a-glance dashboard: Total Invited, Accepted, and Declined stat cards, plus four live charts — RSVP Status, Dietary Preferences, Transportation, and Relationship Distribution. Each chart has its own color picker (🎨) if you want to recolor it.
Add itinerary rows (time, title, description). Choose how they're displayed: Timeline, Cards, or Minimal are available on Standard; all 10 layouts (adds Numbered, Alternating, Boxed Grid, Iconic, Divider, Compact, Ticket) are Premium. Starter keeps the default layout.
Add named venues, each with a Google Maps link and an optional photo, shown to guests as a grid.
Add celebrants — parents, principal sponsors, entourage — with a name, bio, and photo.
Create named tables and assign guests (including their companions) to them by dragging them in.
Send a message to every guest who supplied an email at RSVP, using a rich-text editor (bold/italic, alignment, lists, links, headings, font color). Preview before sending.
Set a tab title, intro text, a motif/color-palette photo, and a dress-code reminder for guests.
A full visual, drag-and-drop block editor for your invitation. Add and reorder blocks — headings, text, dividers, images, video, columns, buttons, gift cards, and nestable containers with their own background/border/layout controls. You can even create entirely new custom tabs that appear in your guests' navigation alongside Home, RSVP, and Schedule — not just edit what's already there. Requires the Classic theme and an active Premium plan on that event; see Section 07 for pricing.
Reached via Event Info → "Preview & Reposition." A dedicated editor where you can drag to reposition your cover photo, adjust overlay darkness and style (solid or 4 gradient directions, with its own color), blur, and zoom, add extra text blocks onto the cover, edit the RSVP button text, and preview it all on a mobile mockup before saving. Guests can also pan the photo themselves on mobile/tablet.
Both add-ons below are optional, one-time purchases with lifetime access — never a subscription.
| Add-On | Price | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Builder Pro | ₱1,000 one-time | Visual block editor + custom tabs (see Section 06) |
| Ultimate Themes | ₱100 per theme, one-time | Cinematic themes with their own signature reveal & navigation style |
Both are available exclusively to Premium subscribers, purchasable either from your invitation's admin panel (Settings tab) or directly from your platform dashboard.
Add 1–10 more years at ₱500/year, with a live price calculator. Submit your payment reference the same way as your original payment — your dashboard shows a pending-renewal status until it's confirmed.
Only plans higher than your current one are shown (no self-service downgrades). You pay just the price difference, never the full new-plan price, through the same QR + reference flow.
Enter a code on your dashboard to instantly unlock a year extension or Builder Pro, if the code covers it.
Already have an account and planning a second celebration (say, a wedding this year and a debut next)? Click "+ Add Another Event" from your dashboard — it provisions a brand-new, fully separate invitation under your same login, with its own plan, guests, and data, completely independent from your other event(s). You'll switch between them using the pill switcher at the top of your dashboard.
Your invitation stays live for your plan's validity period. When it expires: it goes offline to guests, you get an email reminder, and you have a 30-day grace period to renew or download your data. If it's not renewed within those 30 days, all event data — photos, guests, RSVP responses, everything — is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
From your dashboard's Danger Zone, you can delete a single event (if you have more than one) or your entire account. Both require you to type an exact confirmation phrase before the button unlocks. This is immediate, permanent, and unrecoverable — not a trash bin, and not something even WeddingFlow PH staff can undo afterward. Download anything you want to keep first.
Guest management, RSVP, gifts, schedule, and the shared photo wall work the same on every plan — the differences are in how much you can customize the design and how many guests/photos you can have:

No — send your guests the one Guest Self-Registration Link from the Guests tab. Each guest fills their own info and gets their own personal invitation automatically. Manual "Add Guest" is there for VIPs or pre-set entries only.
Yes, any time, from the admin panel's Settings tab — switching is instant and doesn't affect your guests, RSVP data, or anything else you've already entered.
You get a 30-day grace period after expiry to renew or download your data. After that window closes, all event data is permanently deleted — see Section 10.
No — both are account-wide. Buy once, and it's available on every event under your account, as long as that specific event is on the Premium plan.
