After you pay via QR code and submit your reference number, allow a few minutes to a few hours (never longer than 24 hours) for WeddingFlow PH Admin to manually confirm your payment — you can also screenshot your payment and send it to our FB/IG page to speed things up. The setup wizard then takes about 15–20 minutes. Most clients have a live invitation within the same day they register.
None at all. If you can use Facebook or fill out a form online, you can set up your WeddingFlow PH invitation. The setup wizard and Admin Dashboard are designed to be intuitive for anyone — no coding, no design tools.
Every plan — Starter, Standard, and Premium — includes the full Admin Dashboard: event info, schedule, celebrants, seating, gift registry, motif, gallery, email blast, and your guest list. Builder Pro (₱100 one-time) is an optional add-on, available exclusively to Premium subscribers, that adds a visual block editor: click to add blocks (headings, images, buttons, and more), drag to reorder or resize them, then style each one — colors, fonts, spacing — from a settings panel.
Yes, absolutely. Log in to your Admin Dashboard anytime and update your event info, photos, schedule, seating, gift registry, or any other detail. Changes go live immediately, and guests who re-visit the link will see the updated version.
Guests simply click your unique link — it opens directly in their browser on any phone or device, no app download required. Each guest self-registers with their name and gets their own personal invitation; if you've granted them a plus-one, they can add a companion themselves too. Share it via Messenger, Viber, Instagram, email, or even print the URL on your save-the-date cards.
Your invitation stays live for your plan's validity period (1 year for Starter/Standard, 2 years for Premium). Once it expires, you get a 30-day grace period to renew for ₱500/year or download a full backup before your data is permanently deleted.
No per-guest fees, ever. Each plan has a guest cap (100 for Starter, 200 for Standard, unlimited for Premium), but there's no extra charge per guest within that cap — the QR check-in and dashboard handle all of them.
