WeddingFlow PH provides a digital wedding invitation website builder, allowing couples to create a personalized invitation with features such as RSVP management, guest check-in via QR code, a shared photo wall, gift registry, schedule and venue pages, and (on eligible plans) a visual page builder ("Builder Pro"). We also offer optional custom web development services, addressed separately in Section 14.
WeddingFlow PH plans are billed as a one-time payment — not a recurring subscription — covering a fixed validity period as described on our Pricing page (currently: Starter and Standard for 1 year, Premium for 2 years). Optional add-ons, such as Builder Pro, are also billed as a one-time, lifetime purchase and may require a specific base plan to be eligible.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal (which also supports credit and debit cards). We do not store your full card or payment account details on our servers. Your plan is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed.
We may offer promotional or discounted pricing at our discretion (for example, in exchange for an honest testimonial). Promotional terms, where offered, will be communicated to you directly and form part of these Terms for that transaction.
Your invitation remains live and accessible to guests for the validity period tied to your plan. You may renew for additional years at the then-current renewal rate (currently ₱500/year). Full details of what happens at and after expiry — including our 30-day grace period and permanent data deletion — are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
It is your responsibility to renew on time or download your data before the grace period ends. We are not responsible for data that is deleted after the grace period has lapsed.
You (and your guests, where applicable) retain full ownership of the content you upload — including photos, videos, wedding details, and written text ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant WeddingFlow PH a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit it solely for the purpose of operating your invitation and providing the service to you and your invited guests. We do not use Your Content for our own marketing or any other purpose without your separate, explicit permission.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share any content you post, including photos of other people, and for backing up anything important before your grace period ends.
As the Account Holder, you are responsible for the accuracy of the guest information you add and for having the appropriate basis to invite and share your invitation with each guest. Guests interact with your invitation using a unique access code you distribute — you should only share this code with people you actually intend to invite.
Content your guests upload (such as photos to your shared photo wall) is visible to other guests you've invited, and you retain the ability to moderate or delete guest-submitted content from your admin panel at any time.
When using WeddingFlow PH, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, as described in Section 13.
The WeddingFlow PH name, logo, website, application code, design templates, and underlying software are owned by WeddingFlow PH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your plan grants you a license to use the platform to build and operate your own invitation — it does not grant you ownership of, or rights to copy, resell, or redistribute, our underlying software, templates, or branding.
Certain plans (currently: Starter) are offered at a reduced price in exchange for a short written testimonial about your experience, requested after your 10th guest invite. Testimonials should reflect your genuine, honest experience — we do not require positive reviews, only truthful ones. By submitting a testimonial, you grant us permission to display it (with attribution as agreed with you, such as your first name or initials) on our marketing pages, unless you request otherwise.
Our service relies on third-party providers, including PayPal (payments), our hosting provider, and email delivery services, and integrates advertising/analytics tools from Meta, TikTok, and Google as described in our Privacy Policy. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and WeddingFlow PH is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or downtime.
WeddingFlow PH is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep the service reliable and secure, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We recommend downloading a backup of important data (guest lists, RSVP details, photos) periodically, and especially before your event date, rather than relying solely on the platform as your only copy.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on information within your invitation (e.g. guest RSVP counts used for catering headcounts) — please independently verify critical numbers before finalizing vendor arrangements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingFlow PH and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of guest information, or issues arising from your wedding event itself. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the plan or add-on giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law. Where practical, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to download your data before permanent removal, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
You may stop using the service at any time. Note that stopping use does not automatically delete your data before the validity/grace period described in Section 4 — contact us if you'd like your data removed earlier.
Separately from the WeddingFlow PH invitation product, we may take on custom web application or website development projects. Any such engagement is governed by a separate agreement, scope, and pricing arranged directly with you, and is not covered by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WeddingFlow PH will first be addressed informally — please contact us at contact@weddingflowph.com so we can try to resolve it directly before pursuing any formal claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active account holders by email. Continued use of WeddingFlow PH after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
